Ho is an associate attorney at Confluence Law Partners and focuses her practice on the litigation of intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement litigation, patent licensing litigation, trade secret misappropriation, trademark, trade dress, false advertising and unfair competition litigation, and other technology-focused litigation and related counseling. Previously with Minami Tamaki LLP (San Francisco) where she handled antitrust, class action and related complex commercial litigation. She served as an Articles Editor for the Santa Clara Computer and High Technology Law Journal and was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable James Ware, United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Industry experience includes research positions with Syrrx Incorporated nka Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd (San Diego, CA) and Institute of Molecular Medicine (La Jolla, CA).
