Ben's litigation expertise is enhanced by his significant experience building patent portfolios for his clients in the areas of chemical engineering, chemistry, all aspects of integrated circuit fabrication and testing, computer software, and networking infrastructure. He previously was a partner in the Intellectual Property litigation departments of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly, Dechert, and K&L Gates. Ben earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and an MS in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Ben received his law degree from the Chicago Kent College of Law. |
